Community Classes
I currently teach community classes in venues in Northallerton, Arkendale, Minskip and Hutton Rudby.
I am available to teach classes in different areas so if you wish to host one, please get in touch.
Below are the current class types which I offer:
BOOSTfit
BOOSTfit is a fun, energetic workout, with sections focussing on warming up, stress busting, boosting your mood, strength sections focussing on your core, legs and arms, shaking off the tension and then an osteopath developed stretch , BOOSTfit is an all over body aerobics session.

There’s no denying that you will leave this class with a feeling that you have worked out, with adaptations offered throughout the class, no matter your ability, we can cater for you.
Dance Fit Diva's
Dance Fit Diva's is mine and a friends baby. We choreograph the dances ourselves and use a range of music from different genres and decades.
So far, we have danced through the 70's and 80's and we will be going further back and indeed further forward as time goes by.

A fun, dancey session with a flavour of old school aerobics also incorporating songs which focus on the legs, arms and tummy. We use resistance bands in the arms and legs dances to help develop strength as well as cardiovascular fitness.
Step Aerobics
Bringing it back into fashion, I bring you step aerobics, but in a fun way!
Using a variety of music from different genres and eras, we work through a warm up, two or three combinations of steps, a faster paced brain break in between and then finish with either a HIIT session or a conditioning session.
Guaranteed to make the brain work as well as the body.
Fitness Pilates
This is a new format in my collection but is a lovely change to the bouncy, high energy dance style classes.

Fitness Pilates was created by Rachel Holmes in 2002 as a fitness/group exercise version of traditional Pilates delivered in a contemporary style for qualified Fitness Professionals.
Fitness Pilates is taught to music in a group exercise format and includes Warm Up, Mobility, Active & Passive Flexibility, Standing & Functional Exercises, Mat, Stretch & Relaxation.
Mindfulness and Meditation
At the moment, this is on the back burner however I do intend to bring it into use at some point.

I trained as a Meditation Practitioner and also got my Mindfulness Diploma prior to Covid 19 however it has sat in my folder of knowledge for a while. Keep an eye out for some aspects of this in the future.
Personal Training
On 7th April 2024, I am beginning a 10 week intensive training to become a personal trainer.
​
From then on, who knows what I'll be offering but it's going to be good! Haha!
